RETURN AND REFUNDS
We get it, not everything works out as we want it to. If it did, we would all be backup dancers for Beyoncé! With that being said, you want your money back and we want you to be happy with your experience.
Whilst we know you will love our products, if something isn’t right please get in touch at daisyrosynz@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your product to arrange a return. Your return package must be mailed out within 7 days from the date you've submitted your return request.
Items received outside of this time period will not be accepted.
Returned item(s) must be unworn and in the original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. We cannot accept returns for items than have been damaged, or used.
Shipping costs to return an item are at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty. The original shipping cost (if any) is non-refundable, in most cases. We only refund original shipping costs if the item is faulty.
Your refund will be processed within 7-10 days after your returned package has arrived at our warehouse. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
* Please allow an extra 3-5 days to process the returned items due to high processing volume in the warehouse.
- If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 5 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
- If you paid by PayPal, Klarna or other online payment providers, refunds will be sent to the PayPal, Klarna or the online payment method you chose within 5 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the online payment providers with questions about when the refund will be posted to your account.
- If you paid by our Gift Card, refunds will be issued to your account.
- If your order is purchased through store credits offered from a previous return, the order is not eligible for free return
EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges at the moment, but you can place a new order and initiate a return. Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive the returned package.
FINAL SALE
- Products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.
- If your order has been paid through Store Credit only, please note that all products will become Final Sale and not eligible for return or refund.
- Items in the following categories cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons of hygiene: panties and accessories (except for scarves).

Products displayed on this site can be purchased using secure online transaction facility. Customers can be confident that all of their details are protected by the latest security mechanisms and are used only for purposes of the transaction fulfillment.
You will be asked to register as a member of daisyrosy.co.nz. Apart from the many member benefits, including receiving emails containing special deals, your shopping address details will be filed saving you the effort of entering these details each time you checkout. If you do not want to register as a member you will still be able to make a purchase. Your personal details and postal address will not be saved and you will not receive promotional communications.
PRICING
All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include GST (15% sales tax).
All prices are correct at time of publication; however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason.
COLOURS
Every effort has been made to portray the colours of our products that appear on this website as accurately as possible. However, because the actual colours you see depend on the monitor you are using, Daisyrosy cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.

SHIPPING RATES
Daisyrosy orders are sent via New Zealand Courier Post. You can expect to receive your parcel within 1-3 business days of dispatch in NZ. Orders under $150 NZD will attract a shipping fee of $10 NZD per parcel in NZ. Order over $150 NZD are delivered free in NZ.
DISPATCH OF ORDERS
Orders are normally dispatched within 1-3 business days of Order Confirmation, subject to all ordered items being in stock. If any items cannot be fulfilled from your order we will contact you via email and offer an alternative solution or a refund.
ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS
On receiving the order the customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or damage. Should the items ordered not be of acceptable quality, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify Daisyrosy, as soon as possible. Please see our Returns & Exchanges Policy for more information.
